CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL The tour operators reserve the right to alter the route or itinerary of any of its tours and arrange alternatives to those advertised if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration to the trip resulting form any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. A minimum number of passengers is required to operate each tour. It may be therefore necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and to offer an alternative or full refund for that tour. The tour operator can't guarantee pick up or drop off times and are not liable for passengers failure to connect with other services. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage. BOOKING CONDITIONS We require a 50% deposit will reserve your place. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to change/ cancel your reservation, more than 30 days prior to your arrival a credit towards another session can be issued, or refunded based on the following cancellation policy. CANCELLATION POLICY The following are guidelines in the event that you must cancel your Holiday With The Girls Package. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a tour early. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following:
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather conditions, airline disruption or personal emergencies. Holiday With The Girls requires mandatory purchasing of Travel Protection Insurance. If Holiday With The Girls must cancel a tour, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. If a minimum of four women is not reached for each Holiday With The Girls tour, you will be offered an alternate date, if this date is not suitable to you, you will be offered a refund of deposit, which will constitute full settlement. Holiday With The Girls is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. ITINERARY DISCLAIMER Our itineraries are correct at the time of booking / printing and may differ slightly to the one in the brochure. Occasionally our itineraries change as we make improvements based on comments from past travellers and our own research.
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY TOUR? The tour operators will contact you at least 2 weeks prior to the tour to confirm all arrangements, and pick up times / points. Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss or confirm arrangements. HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING? Travelling as light as possible is always welcomed; each itinerary offers a checklist of what to bring to help keep items to a minimum as our tour vehicles have limited space. We recommend a backpack for essentials such as wallet, book, film, sun block, etc. as your onboard carry bag.
LIABILITY Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events which are beyond our control. Members should note that travel and adventure activities involve a higher than normal risk and a signed release form will be required form all participants before tour departure. INSURANCES Travel insurance is NOT included and it is mandatory that tour members have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, medical costs, loss/damage to personal belongings resulting in not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date, trip cancellations. It is highly recommended that you take out medical & travel insurance and arrange at the time of booking. This can be with your travel agent, or online with the various insurers offering travel insurance. We will be requesting a name of insurer and policy number on your booking form. All activities are undertaken at your own risk, and are suggested, not compulsory. Accordingly, "undertake at own risk" policy will apply. PARTICIPATION FORM: All our travellers on group trips must sign a Participation Form on Day 1 of the trip. Please note that signing the form is a pre-requisite for travelling with Holiday with the Girls. The wording of this form follows: "I understand that travelling with the women's travel club, 'Take a holiday with the girls', may involve risks (and rewards) above and beyond those encountered on a more conventional holiday, and that I am undertaking an adventure trip with inherent dangers. I understand that I am travelling to geographical areas which, amongst other things, may be remote and hazardous or may involve water based activities with inherent dangers. I have read and understood the trip notes for the trip I am undertaking and have provided details of any pre-existing medical conditions I have to the tour representatives. I accept these risks and I release the women's travel club, 'Take a holiday with the girls', from any liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law".
FEES & LEVIES Any additional fees & levies will be clearly itemised in each trip itinerary. AGE LIMITS The tours are generally designed for women over the age of 25yrs. Fitness levels will be taken into consideration when taking bookings. This can be discussed with the tour operators upon enquiry or booking. NO SMOKING POLICY We operate our tours with a no smoking policy however, will always designate a smoking area and allow for cigarette breaks as part of our travel arrangements. PRICING Prices quoted on our website and all advertising are current at the time of printing, however, Holiday With The Girls reserves the right to change it's prices without notice as required.
